International Trade in Legal Services

Faculty Confirmation/Booking  Faculty Materials  Evaluation 
Sessions will deal with crossborder sales, accessing foreign markets (agency, distributorship, franchising, joint venture), compliance with import/export regimes, impact of GATT/GATS, foreign investment, and the ability of lawyers to function in foreign jurisdictions. 
The Center will certify up 1.8 CLE credits (based on 50-min hours) and/or 1.5 CLE/CPD (based on 60-min hours) per 90-min session attended. 
The symposium is held at Lazarski University in Warsaw and will run Friday and will be open to students. 
Fees include two nights hotel accommodation, dinners, breakfasts, cocktail, and cancellation insurance. Morning and afternoon coffee as well as a quick lunch will be provided for at the law school.
