Sessions will deal with crossborder sales, accessing foreign markets (agency, distributorship, franchising, joint venture), compliance with import/export regimes, impact of GATT/GATS, foreign investment, and the ability of lawyers to function in foreign jurisdictions. |
|
|
The Center will certify up 1.8 CLE credits (based on 50-min hours) and/or 1.5 CLE/CPD (based on 60-min hours) per 90-min session attended. |
|
|
The symposium is held at Lazarski University in Warsaw and will run Friday and will be open to students. |
|
|
Fees include two nights hotel accommodation, dinners, breakfasts, cocktail, and cancellation insurance. Morning and afternoon coffee as well as a quick lunch will be provided for at the law school. |
