Legal Dimensions of International Sales and Services

Speakers will address legal implications relating to sales of all kinds from sales of artwork, to sales of financial services. An in depth look will be taken at antique smuggling, contracts and sales law, CISG, competition law, distributors, foreign trade, franchises, consumer protection, product liability, unfair competition, e-commerce and fraud.
The symposium starts Monday, 27 October with cocktails and dinner. Sessions will run all day Tuesday and Wednesday morning at the Mont Royal hotel in Montreal.
The Center for International Legal Studies will certify up to 2 hours CLE or 1.5 hours CPD credit per 90-min session attended
Fees includes two nights luxury accommodation, breakfasts, working lunches, dinners, travel insurance, CLE/CPD accreditation, and materials (for delegates and faculty).
